The partial and fully locked statement feature allows users to control what charges or additional payments are added to drivers’ statements.
Partial Lock: Prevents statements from automatically syncing when loads are updated, including changes to the driver’s pay. Users will still be able to manually update the statement when it is partially locked.
Full Lock: Prevents statements from automatically syncing when loads are updated and prevent users from manually updating statements. The statement will be read-only when it is fully locked.
This article will cover how to partially and fully lock a statement.

1. On your left dashboard, go to Accounting > Statements
2. Search for the driver’s statement
3. On the top right of the driver’s statement, click Lock Statement
4. A pop-up window will appear. Select Partial Lock to prevent load updates from syncing to the statement
